What on earth could Chaz Bono have in common with Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino?

You'd think nothing, but...

The two are among the many boldfaced names featured in Amplify Your Voice, a new anti-gay bullying campaign being launched tonight by GLAAD.

One of Amplify's video PSAs begins with a young man talking about being bullied since the third grade followed by Shay Mitchell of Pretty Little Liars saying, "How would you feel if others treated you like you didn't belong at school, on your sports team, at church or even in your own home?

Guadagnino, looking sharp in a dark suit, says, "Millions of gay and transgender youth are made to feel like they don't fit in everyday."

The spot ends with Glee star Naya Rivera urging youth to reach out for help, but not before Bono pops up. "You have the power to make a difference," the Dancing With the Stars hopeful says.

Others featured in the campaign, which was developed with the American Federation of Teachers, include Kristin Chenoweth, Rashida Jones, Amy Poehler, Tori Spelling and Modern Family's Ariel Winter.

Amplify Your Voice comes just about a week before the second annual Spirit Day. Like last year, people are urged to take a stand against bullying by wearing purple on Oct. 20.
