Nicole's really committed to this look and we can't say we blame her. Whether she's adding shadow and extra lashes, like she did at the Unicef Ball (far right), or simply using a pencil on the upper and lower rims of her eyes it adds instant impact.
Rimming your eyes with black liner has been a beauty no-no for a while now—it can make them appear slightly smaller. But after seeing how great it looks on Nicole, we think it's about time to break that rule! How about you?
