Lindsay Lohan didn't forget anything before she left for New York, did she?

Well, who knows what was on her packing list, but at least the actress checked something pretty darn important off of her to-do list.

Court officials exclusively confirm to E! News that Lohan has finally signed up for counseling, a judge having given her until today to show proof of enrollment or else risk having her probation revoked.

Lohan's attorney, Shawn Holley, had attributed the holdup to financial matters. Lohan was apparently concerned about the cost of therapy and whether or not her SAG insurance would kick in.

"She needs to find an individual therapist that takes a credit card," L.A. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner snapped back during Lohan's July 21 probation hearing.

But now, the money issue has been settled and Lohan actually turned in the required paperwork on Aug. 3, paving the way for today's trip to New York.

Her rep tells E! News that Lohan is off to NYC for a business meeting (not Gotti-related) and to spend time with family, and she'll be returning to L.A. in a few days.
