What's a Kardashian got to do to catch a break?

Perfectly content to let Kourtney and Kim's happy and unhappy, respectively, news take center stage, the ever outspoken Khloé Kardashian Odom was forced to defend herself yesterday against haters who wrongly felt that recently surfaced photos of her makeup-free mug was theirs to criticize.

They should think again.

Sure, her fresh face was a far cry from the über-glam looks perfected by the Kardashians, but she was snapped leaving the gym, after all. If she had been wearing a full face of makeup, we're sure there would be just as much for critics to pick at.

As for Khloé, she heard the online rumblings and wasted no time in shutting down the anonymous smack-talkers.

"Some people are so stressed trying to be perfectly flawless…but I'm so HAPPY to be perfectly flawed," she tweeted last night. "Haters are like crickets; they make a lot of noise you can hear but you never see them, then you walk right by them and they're quiet."

Her self-empowerment didn't stop there.

"People will hate you, rate you, shake you, and break you. But how strong you stand is what makes you," she continued last night, picking up the thread again this morning.

"Its crazy 2me that if I dont go 2the gym I get judged. If I do go I still get judged. Yes, when u work out u sweat, get red…This is why I live for me and not for anyone else. You learn quickly that you will NEVER make everyone happy in life. But I am happy :)"

Way to go, Khloé. Taking the high road is nice and all, but living well really is the best revenge of all.
