For Tony Dovolani, there's no dancing around his feelings about Kate Gosselin.

During his appearance on Anderson today, the Dancing With the Stars pro jokingly revealed that "a lot of therapy was involved" after his failed pairing with the reality-TV mom back on season 10.

"I always felt bad for you because you got stuck with Kate Gosselin," Anderson Cooper said to Dovolani. "I remember watching her dance. I'm still traumatized by that experience."

But Dovolani clearly thought Cooper was being way too kind.

"Wait, wait—Anderson, did you just call it 'dance?' We didn't dance!" he exclaimed.

Cooper proceeded to ask if Dovolani was in need of "a long vacation" following his time with Gosselin.

"There was a lot of therapy involved," the DWTS hoofer said with a laugh.

Ouch! Here's hoping his experience with tennis legend Martina Navratilova, with whom he just got eliminated this week, was a more enjoyable one.
