Who wouldn't want to catch a glimpse of the stunning Halle Berry? But this is taking it way too far.

As if the Oscar winner hasn't had enough things to worry about, a trespasser was seen lurking in the front yard of her home Saturday afternoon, after he scaled her privacy wall, E! News has confirmed.

Berry, who was home at the time, called police when she spotted the intruder, but the unidentified man had already fled the scene by the time they arrived. A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to E! News that a call was placed at 4:30 p.m., but that the suspect was gone by the time cops arrived.

Scarily, it doesn't appear to have been an isolated incident.

According to the LAPD, they received two nearly identical calls from Berry's home. On both Saturday and Sunday, both times around 11 a.m., a man was spotted jumping over the outer wall of Berry's home. The suspect was confronted by a staff member of the residence, told to leave, and subsequently jumped back over the fence.

As for rumors that the trespasser was in fact a paparazzo?

"There is absolutely no way it was a paparazzi," a photo agency source tells E! News. "The crew that works Halle are professional photographers. Halle, Gabriel [Aubry, her ex-boyfriend/baby daddy) and her current boyfriend [Olivier Martinez] all know those guys. They wouldn't do anything stupid like hop over the fence. If one of the paps hopped the fence, you'd be sure another pap would have shot him doing that, because they're so competitive."

The investigation remains ongoing and detectives are currently looking into any surveillance video that might be available. As of right now, there is no description of the man and no one is yet in custody.
