Sometime between the Teen Choice awards on Sunday, where Kim and her sisters scored an award, and her party Wednesday night, Kim managed to make a whirlwind trip to NYC for her wedding dress fitting. She hopped a red-eye Tuesday night, hit Vera Wang for a fitting and she flew back to L.A. for her magazine cover party just four hours later.
The future Mrs. Humphries' accomplishments have earned her the title of this week's Most Valuable Partyer! So grab your hard-working family and go celebrate making the most of out your schedule even when you're about to walk down the aisle.

There's nothing like downing drinks with your boy and his ex, who you're supposedly trying to mack on. An eyewitness who saw the interaction told Us Weekly, "There was definitely a pause in the room for a second."
