Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Skipping Honeymoon, Heading Straight to NYC

After their weekend nuptials, the newlyweds will head to the Big Apple for a second wedding party and to start shooting another reality show

The honeymoon can wait when there are swanky parties to attend and reality shows to film, right, Kim Kardashian?

After our girl ties the knot to Kris Humphries on Saturday in Montecito, Calif., she's heading to New York City.

The couple is planning to skip a traditional honeymoon for now and keep working immediately following their wedding.

But they'll make some time to celebrate their nuptials yet again in Manhattan later this month:

Niche Media chairman Jason Binn is hosting another lavish bash for the newlyweds with the help of wedding planner Colin Cowie on Aug. 31.

And the couple certainly deserves some time to kick back and celebrate, as Kim is going to be one busy bee. The brand-new bride will also be filming a second season season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York right after her whirlwind wedding.

As for honeymoon plans, that will happen next year. As Kim recently explained to our cohort Marc Malkin, "Unfortunately we don't have time to go on a honeymoon right now but we were going to go next summer.

Who needs to to take a trip together when there's a spinoff series to shoot? Make that money, honey!
