Neither Heather Locklear nor Jack Wagner will face charges in connection with an alleged physical altercation between them in late December, the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office confirms to E! News.
Both actors, who called off their engagement in November, appeared at an office hearing on Feb. 9, during which they agreed that they didn't want to pursue the matter further.
And that was good enough for the court?
"No further action is anticipated at this time," says city attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan.
What supposedly went down between Locklear and Wagner last year has not been detailed in public records and neither side has breathed a word to the media. One day, all of a sudden, the two were just in court with the possiblity of misdemeanor battery charges hanging over their heads.
Locklear was hospitalized overnight last month after her sister, in a panicked call to 911, expressed fear that the actress was going to harm herself.
