After spending the duration of the NBA lockout adrift in free agency, Kris Humphries finally knows which locker room he'll be hanging his jersey in when basketball season finally begins.

So, which team will be reaping the benefit of his power-forward prowess this year? And, how much are they paying him?!

A source confirms to E! News that Humphries has agreed to a one-year, $8 million contract to return to the New Jersey Nets, where he spent the 2010-2011 season.

Presuming that he passes a standard physical, Humphries should be suited up to play by Wednesday night, when the Nets take on the New York Knicks in a preseason game at Madison Square Garden.

And, unlike with what happened with Lamar Odom and the Lakers' failed attempt to trade him to New Orleans, Humphries' was an unrestricted free agent and there's no reason for the NBA to scuttle this particular deal.

We know what you're thinking: $8 million?!

While Humphries' skills on the court ended up overshadowed by his off-court marital drama, the 26-year-old averaged a double-double last season and was fifth in the entire league in rebounding. And, if you've been watching Kourtney & Kim Take New York, you know that he was super focused on his workouts this past fall.

"Excited to be back," he tweeted after reupping with the Nets.

Before joining the Nets, Humphries played for the Utah Jazz, the Toronto Raptors and, for one season, the Dallas Mavericks.
