It's time to break out the blue for Grey's Anatomy's Sarah Drew.

E! News confirms that the actress became a first time mom last night, when she and hubby Peter Lanfer joyfully welcomed a son into the world.

The couple had elected not to find out their baby's gender until his birth—presumably, then, they entered the delivery room armed with names for a boy or a girl. So what moniker did the proud parents decide on?

Say hello to Micah Emmanuel Lanfer!

According to Drew's rep, the little tyke tipped the scales at 7 pounds, 4 ounces and measured up at 19 inches long.

He was welcomed to the world in Los Angeles at exactly 6:21 p.m.

Congrats, you two!
