It looks like Matt Damon is taking a cue from his buddy Ben Affleck.

The Contagion star is planning to make his directorial debut on a still-untitled film for Warner Bros. that he cowrote with Office star John Krasinski, reps for both gentlemen confirmed to E! News.

But the collaboration, first reported by Variety, also has the two actors costarring together as well.

So far, very few details about the film have been revealed, except that Damon would play a salesman who arrives in a small town only to have his whole life called into question. No word yet on Krasinski's role.

While the project would be Damon's first time behind the camera, he's certainly no stranger to scriptwriting, having penned the 1997 hit Good Will Hunting with Affleck, for which they both took home the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
