Taking the prize for best dressed is Nicole Richie, who looked fabulous in a flirty mustard minidress with sky-high Louboutins and a cute new hairdo. It was a tough field this week, with Kim Kardashian, Dianna Agron and Amanda Seyfried in the mix, but the celebutante turned designer really nailed it.
Meanwhile, flip-flopping fashionista Leighton Meester had an off night in her Jason Wu ensemble. Between the see-through top and her unflattering bangs, the Gossip Girl star easily took worst dressed of the week. But Leight will bounce back beautifully—she always does!
