Adele's father probably shouldn't be expecting a gift this Father's Day.

The singer, who recently swept the Grammys, has vowed to spit in her estranged father Mark Evans' face if she ever sees him again. The reason for the ill will? Evans sold a story about Adele, in which he discussed his split from her mother, to a U.K. tabloid.

In an interview with Vogue, Adele opens up about her father's betrayal, saying, "I was actually ready to start trying to have a relationship with him."

"He's f---ing blown it," Adele tells the magazine of her father. "He will never hear from me again. Because there is nothing that would upset me more than my dad being bribed by the press. It's like, 'Just let them run it, then. Don't you give them ammunition.'"

But Adele wasn't done discussing her father's mistake. "It makes me angry! To come back after 10 years and be like, 'Maybe her problem with men comes down to me.' It's like, 'F--k off! How dare you comment on my life?' It makes my blood boil."

Evans was paid for the story, a fact Adele acknowledges during the interview. "There's consequences other than just getting a bit of f---ing money that lasts you half a year," she says. "It blows my mind. 'I love her so much.' [he told the rag] Really? Why are you telling me that through a newspaper? If I ever see him I will spit in his face."
