Looks like it's going to take longer for Jennifer Esposito and Bradley Cooper to get out of their marriage than they ever actually spent in it.

According to court papers filed Friday, the former couple has agreed to terms to end their five-month union, signing off on dissolution of marriage papers.

Per the court documents, the former lovebirds, who had the foresight to sign a prenuptial agreement before diving into their short-lived marriage, will abide by predetermined financial conditions. This is the case despite Esposito having sought financial support from Cooper, and asking the judge to deny Cooper the right to do the same, in her original filing. She also sought to have him pony up for her legal fees.

"Each party forever waives any right to receive spousal support from the other party," the court documents state.

The actual date of termination for the marriage will be Nov. 10, 2007, at which point both parties will be eligible to remarry. The requisite six-month wait is timed against May 1 of this year, when Esposito first filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

The 35-year-old Crash thesp and 33-year-old former Alias star tied the knot in late December 2006 in a low-key ceremony in the south of France. At the time, reps for both confirmed that the ceremony had taken place but did not divulge where or when.

The camera-ready low-profile couple dated for a year before getting engaged in October 2006, just two months before tying the knot.

As it is, the duo already appears to be moving on from the busted romance.

E! Online's TV columnist Kristin Dos Santos reported this week that Cooper has been covertly romantically involved with Cameron Diaz for the past few weeks. Professionally, the former small-screen star is moving on, too, signing on to appear as the titular leading man opposite Sandra Bullock in All About Steve, and as would-be romantic interest for Jennifer Aniston in He's Just Not That into You.

Esposito, meanwhile, is starring opposite Christina Applegate in Samantha Who?, a new comedy series about an amnesiac woman who wakes up to discover she was a not so nice person pre-accident, set to debut this September on ABC.
