All eyes were on Lindsay Lohan—and her outfit, natch—as she arrived in an L.A. courtroom this morning.

Nice to see the embattled starlet learned her lesson and ditched the skintight minidress, but Linds clearly didn't follow mama Dina Lohan's advice to "wear a black pantsuit"...

Instead, LiLo covered up in chic Chanel cream-colored, high-waisted slacks over a pair of sky-high patent-leather Yves Saint Laurent platform stilettos.

The busty babe did flaunt some cleavage, however, in a low-cut black camisole under a wrap blouse—and accessorized with a Tres Glam pendant necklace by Brittny Gastineau along with a longer chain that dipped low into her décolletage.

Gastineau tells E! News she lent the diamond "eye" necklace—which is supposed to protect you when you wear it—to the star yesterday.

This ensemble is a huge improvement for Lindsay, but is she still showing too much skin?

Defense attorney and E! legal expert Alaleh Kamran tells us it's fine for a woman to look "sexy" in court as long as she keeps it "classy."

So what do think, is La Lohan keeping it sexy but classy, or is her top too revealing for the conservative courtroom? Weigh in below!
