Joanne Baldwin apparently decided to celebrate her pending divorce from Daniel Baldwin by getting busted.

The estranged wife of the Homicide: Life on the Street star was collared Wednesday afternoon in Portland, Ore., for violating her probation on a prior DUI conviction.

Whoops.

According to a spokeswoman for the Lake Oswego Police Department, Joanne turned herself in on a charge that she violated a condition of her probation by consuming alcohol.

She was booked and transferred to Clackamas County Jail, where she was arraigned at about 5 p.m. She will remain there without bail until a July 20 court date.

Her arrest comes on the heels her 50-year-old Hollywood hubby, the second oldest of the Baldwin brothers, filing for divorce yesterday. He issued a statement blaming his 41-year-old missus' problems with drugs and booze for the split.

Earlier in the week the actor filed for a temporary restraining order and had her removed from the home they share in Lake Oswego with their two infant children.

In that petition, Daniel alleged that Joanne went on a series of benders in violation of her probation and was so out of control that she repeatedly threatened to kill him.

"My wife has claimed over 10 times in the last two months that she will stab me, slash me or slit my throat in my sleep," Daniel wrote. "I am truly fearful for my life."

Along with the July 20 procedding focusing on the alleged parole violation, which could end with her being allowed to post bail, Joanne is also scheduled to appear in Clackamas County Circuit Court the following day for a hearing on the restraining order.

The twosome tied the knot in 2007 and have two daughters, 3-year-old Avis and 1-year-old Finley.
