TwitterAdele may have temporarily lost her voice due to throat surgery, but the sensational singer has found a new way to communicate with fans.

Yep, the "Rolling in the Deep" singer is now rolling with the rest of us on the social media site.
Mind you, the 23-year-old songstress has had an account for quite some time, but it was merely being used as a promotional tool by her management team.
But now, Adele herself has taken it over. However, there was one stipulation she made before committing to do so.
"Right! Its me!" Adele wrote on Sunday. "I will start tweeting if 10k of u start following drop4drop & their trip to India this wk. Its a wonderful charity. Go! A xxx."
Well, not surprisingly, her fans immediately answered the call to help the clean water initiative.
"F*ck me that was quick! ThankU! I'm in bed, watchin Gladiator, eatin an apple. Here's a pic of me & Queen B last wk in NYC! X," she tweeted shortly thereafter along with the above photo.
