Andy Dick's privates are public once again.

The off-kilter comedian has been sued by two men who claim they were the victims of sexual abuse at the hands of Dick at a West Virginia nightclub in 2010—an alleged incident that resulted in criminal charges for Dick, as well, according to documents obtained by E! News.

This lawsuit is also not to be confused with the emotional-distress suit filed against Dick last year in Dallas after he purportedly forced a bar patron's face toward his crotch and pressed the man's cheek against his genitals (footage ended up on YouTube).

The lawsuit filed Jan. 11, meanwhile, states that Dick has "a history of sexual misconduct which is serial in nature."

Meanwhile, Dick's attorney, Marc Williams, says that the lawsuit is a point in his client's favor.

"This proves what we've known all along," Williams told the Huntington, W.Va., Herald-Dispatch. "This was only about getting money from a celebrity."

The former News Radio star is scheduled to go to trial May 1 in Cabell County Circuit Court on two counts of felony first-degree sexual abuse, to which he has pleaded not guilty, over what allegedly went down at Rum Runners nightclub in Huntington.

His accusers, whose identities have not been made public as they are alleged sexual-abuse victims, are now suing Dick for sexual abuse, emotional distress, extreme outrageous conduct, assault, battery and invasion of privacy. The criminal complaint against Dick, who was in town performing at a comedy club, states that he grabbed a bouncer's crotch and kissed and groped another patron inside Rum Runners.

The plaintiffs are asking for unspecified damages.
