That's because the proud mom has just hopped on Twitter to reveal the origin of the little guy's moniker.
Oh, and if you thought his first name is meant to be some kind of cute variation of Milano, think again...
"For all of you asking, Milo was named after his two Grandfathers, Miller and Thomas," Alyssa tweeted today. "Two very important men in my life."

Meanwhile, the actress also gave fans an update on how mommyhood is coming along.
"Breastfeeding. Poop. And bliss," she wrote. "I love being Milo's mother!"
