Another week, another dramatic episode with a bunch of models (who make us want to skip that cheeseburger for dinner) trying to get another shot at fame on America's Next Top Model: All-Stars.

The ladies were all on edge coming into the third week, because after big personalities like Brittany and Sheena getting the boot, no one was safe.

And tonight was no different, as the girls tested their on-camera poise along with their sense of balance while standing up high (and we don't mean their self-esteem).

Reality Stars Get Together: An unfamiliar voice called the girls at the top of the show, and it turned out to be Dancing With the Stars' Kristin Cavallari. Why was she there? Good question. She said her purpose of visiting was just to meet the girls and talk about their feelings so far in the competition. Yeah, right. Sneaky Cavallari showed up later as the guest judge!

Extra! Extra! One of the perks for winning the All-Stars cycle is becoming a correspondent for Extra. But for now, the girls split up into two teams (with the top photo holders from last week, Bianca and Lisa, being team captains) and got interviewed by the show's Mario Lopez to test their skills in showing their personality and maintaining their brand while Nigel Barker judged. Bonus! The winning team was safe from elimination! Sigh of relief for Bianca's team, who shined overall (and Allison was the solo winner, which landed her an exclusive interview with Extra). Sorry Team Lisa, no high-fives for you.

Circus Freak: The girls "pushed fashion boundaries" by getting paired off for the photo shoot, where they strutted their sexy selves on—wait for it—stilts! Obvs, their bods looked great with all that length, but it proved to be quite the difficult task to maneuver around so high off the ground. Bianca cried from her fear of heights, and Angelea let us know, "I'm a strong bitch, but I'm a weak bitch," when it comes to body strength. When in doubt, do the booty tooch. Oh, and just because you're about 20 feet in the air doesn't mean your ego has to go with you (ahem, Camille).

Goodbye:  After a very in-depth deliberation, Isis and Angelea were on the bottom two, but Tyra made sure to note that they didn't have the two worst photos and that the person who would get eliminated had to be from the losing team (which they both were). So who got the boot in the end? Sorry, Isis. The transgender presence on the show is now gone.

Coming Up: The girls audition for a role on CSI while Kayla gets some crazy sickness that has her gasping for air and throwing up. Sounds juicy!
