It's a good day to be in the reality cooking show business.

Both Bravo's Top Chef and Fox's Kitchen Nightmares have been picked up for another season, their respective networks announced today…

Prepare for more swearing and "shutting it down," because Fox ordered a 16-episode fifth season of their Gordon Ramsay-led restaurant renovation series Kitchen Nightmares.

"It's great to be back for a fifth season," Ramsay says in a statement. "Who knew there were that many nightmares to be had?!"

And even though the current season of Top Chef has yet to name its champion, the cooking competition has already been renewed for a 10th season. After Texas, where will the show go next? Season 10 will surely be a very special one, so perhaps we might be treated to an overseas location?

All we do know right now is which cities the season-10 casting calls are being held, which you can find over at Bravo's website. Better sharpen up those knives!

Kitchen Nightmares airs Friday nights on Fox at 8:00 p.m., and Top Chef: Texas airs Wednesday nights on Bravo at 10 p.m.

Happy for more Top Chef? Can you believe it's been 10 seasons?!
