UPDATE: Meet the new and improved Tamra Judge! After revealing she recently went under the knife for a facelift, the Bravolebrity took to Instagram with answers to her most FAQ's.

"I'm getting an overwhelming amount of messages about my surgery," she wrote. "I thought I'd post some of your answers here. My doctors name is Dr. Milind Ambe of Newport Beach, @milindambemd you've probably seen him on the show before. These pics were taking all within the first week. Yes I was scared s--tless! But I've seen Dr. Ambe's work on my Mom and knew I was in good hands."

"I wanted a very natural look and it's exactly what he's known for. There was little pain and bruising involved (everyone is different) the hardest part for me was staying still for 2 weeks. On day 12 I got the stomach flu which sucked! Today it's been 17 days and I feel great, my neck is still stiff and my ears and jawline are slightly swollen and numb. That will all change in a few weeks."

The fitness guru added, "Incisions are behind my ear and hairline, under my chin. If you have any personal questions send me an email contactTamra@yahoo.com. I'm open and honest about it because I want women to know that everyone gets old even people on TV and there is nothing wrong with growing old gracefully if that's what you want...... It's just not for me! I like to keep it real! #lowerfacelift #eyetuck. #callitacomeback"

Introducing Tamra Judge's newest tagline: "Don't call it a facelift. Call it a comeback."

Alright, so the line hasn't exactly made its debut in the opening credits of Real Housewives of Orange County, but the reality star certainly is not shy about discussing her recent nip and tuck.

Since the 49-year-old is celebrating 10 years on the hit Bravo show, she told Andy Cohen she decided to pay a visit to Dr. Milind Ambe, a prominent Orange County plastic surgeon who previously performed a breast augmentation revision for Judge.

"I had my neck and lower face done 15 days ago," she said Monday night on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.

While Cohen immediately referred to the work as a facelift, Judge prefers "comeback."

As a bodybuilder, Judge said she had lost fat in her face from competing and she noticed her skin "drooping." Instead of plumping her face back up with fillers, she "had a little tuck."

"Pull it, don't plump it," she quipped. While Cohen thought it's the best she's ever looked, Judge revealed that she had the staples taken out from behind her ears just two days earlier.

As she basks in her new look, she had a few choice words for co-star Vicki Gunvalson, who made fun of Judge's gym on the show.

"Clearly Vicki hasn't been in the parking lot of a gym in a long time, so she wouldn't know if it was full or not," Judge retorted.

Just like that—the claws are back out!
