Super Bowl Sunday is now just days away, and sports nuts everywhere are that much closer to cracking open a cold one, dipping into the guac and cheering on either the New England Patriots or Atlanta Falcons to victory. And as we've learned over the past few years, the Super Bowl isn't just about football anymore.
From the epic halftime performance to every star-studded commercial break, it's safe to say there's just as much action going down on the sidelines as there is in the end zone. And when it comes to pulling off one of the biggest national spectacles of the year, you can expect some even bigger numbers to be involved.
For starters, more than 100 million people are expected to tune in to the 51st annual Super Bowl and 140,000 will travel to Houston for the game. Lady Gaga's highly-anticipated halftime show will span 12 minutes, and Luke Bryan will kick things off by singing the national anthem.
And speaking of Hollywood's brightest stars, Taylor Swift will also touch down in Houston to headline the pre-Super Bowl concert. At least 10 more celebrities will be involved in Super Bowl-related festivities, as Justin Timberlake, Melissa McCarthy, Adam Driver, Tom Brady and more are slated to lend their star power to various commercials aired throughout the telecast.

With legendary Super Bowl alums like Beyoncé and Prince setting the standard for bringing down the stadium, the "Applause" songstress officially enters the realm of music royalty.
