The former One Direction singer was previously scheduled to perform on The X Factor Saturday, and the 24-year-old crooner reportedly is going to keep his commitment in honor of his mother's final wish.

Louis, who became a father to a son named Freddie in January, posted a tribute on Instagram to his mom two weeks ago. "My mother looking gorgeous before the Brits earlier this year. I love you and miss you so much!" he wrote.
