Irina Shayk's pregnancy isn't slowing her down...that much.

But the model, who has been nonstop traveling since leaving Paris after the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, is starting to feel the side effects of her pregnancy. "Irina is doing pretty well. She has some food cravings because she's pregnant," a source tells E! News. "She is not the kind of woman to count calories, but she has been taking it easy. She's also exercising in moderation."

Even though the on-the-go lifestyle is taking a toll on her energy levels, it's not affecting her relationship with Bradley Cooper. "She is more tired than usual. She has been traveling a lot and hasn't had time to see Bradley but plans on seeing him very soon," the insider explains. "They are in communication a few times a day. They are really happy and can't wait to have their baby."

The famously private couple will continue to keep their romance out of the spotlight, and any next steps they take in their relationship will most likely be kept under wraps, too. "Engagement or marriage may happen under the radar because they are very private people," the source shares. "They see themselves spending their lives together and building a family with more than one child."

Weeks before E! News exclusively confirmed Irina's pregnancy, another source told us she and Bradley had already begun discussing marriage and children. "They are in an extremely happy place between the two of them," the insider said.

With the holidays coming up, the couple will have some time to sit back and relax together—out of the public eye, of course. "They plan on going on a tropical vacation for the holidays together with their families and close friends," a source previously told us. "Irina and Bradley like to live a private life."
