No confirmation necessary: Another One Direction baby looks to be on the way!

After months of speculation that Liam Payne's girlfriend Cheryl Cole was pregnant with the couple's first child, new photos of the British pop singer rocking an undeniable baby bump seem to finally put the rumors to rest once and for all.

Liam and Cheryl stepped out hand-in-hand Tuesday evening at the St James Christmas Carol Concert in London, and in her figure-hugging dress, it was hard to deny the presence of the lovebirds' soon-to-be little one.

Additionally, a source tells E! News that Cheryl is indeed expecting and currently in her second trimester. Neither star has ever engaged with the rampant speculation or responded to official requests for comment.

During their latest outing, an insider dishes to us that Liam was very attentive to his leading lady, "walking behind Cheryl at some points with his hand on her back."

The "Drag Me Down" crooner, 23, and The X Factor judge started dating in February of this year, eventually taking their romance public three months later at a charity gala. Cheryl first met Payne when he auditioned at age 14 for the U.K. singing competition series in 2008 and then saw him again at age 16 when he tried out in 2010, which led to the formation of One Direction.

Rumors that the pair were set to become parents sparked in September, when the 33-year-old's mother was spotted purchasing pregnancy products. Cue a Twitter storm courtesy of the 1D fandom.

Since then, Cheryl's recent maternity-inspired wardrobe (oversized coats and sweater dresses anyone?) has caught the attention of many.

And despite both Liam and Cheryl keeping their lips sealed, Cheryl's former Girls Aloud bandmate Kimberly Walsh told the Sunday People, "[Cheryl's] really happy right now. And she'll be a brilliant mum. She has loads of nieces and nephews, so she's used to the madness of children."

Well, there you have it. Congratulations on the wonderful news!
