Does Alexis Bledel age?

We'll see come Friday, when Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life—a four-part revival of the beloved series—premieres on Netflix.

If you can't wait until then, we can give you a definitive answer here: The 35-year-old actress looks as young as when we first met her in the town of Stars Hallow a decade ago—and that, in part, is due to celeb aesthetician Brigitte Beasse.

The Beverly Hills-based skin expert has been taking care of the star's visage for nearly 10 years. The key to Alexis' ageless-looking complexion? "Regular facial treatments that address skin concerns and the use of a strict daily regimen," said Brigitte.

This goes for anyone attempting to find the fountain of youth via good skin care. "By incorporating anti-aging ingredients such as Retinol, vitamin C, a new generation of peptides and by using appropriate equipment as technology advances, such as an Environ galvanic sound machine or red light therapy," added the pro, our skin can adapt well with age.

As for those regular facial treatments, what exactly should they entail? Well, every skin type is different, but if yours is similar to the Gilmore girl's, chances are Brigitte's five-step facial (which must be done by a licensed professional!) will work like a charm.

1. Cleanse
With the steam machine on, first pre-cleanse the face and décolletage will mineral oil, then exfoliate with a clay mask (which also helps with mini lymphatic drainage). Use a Clarisonic Face Bush with cleansing gel to clean the skin. Apply Environ Alpha Toner Forte, then Alpha Gel (which has a high concentration of Alpha Hydroxy Acids and used as a secondary exfoliant) and then cleansing gel again.

2. Extraction
After a deep pore cleansing, in which blackheads are extracted, apply toner again. Next, treat the skin with a high-frequency current.

3. Sonophoresis Treatment
It may look like a cooking tool, but a cosmetic roller gently uses tiny micro-needles across your face to stimulate skin—it doesn't hurt at all; in fact, it can speed up the reduction of uneven skin tone. Next, a professional-grade (only sold at dermatologist offices and medi-spas) LAC-Pamgel, or serum with Lactic Acid, is applied over the face and décolleté. This is followed by with a serum featuring vitamin C. Finally, both an ultrasound and micro-current are used across the skin so that deeper levels of the skin can better absorb the products.

4. Iontophoresis
Apply an alginate mask, which—if you haven't tried it—is the coolest thing. It feels like a rubber-like consistency that envelops your entire face—mouth, eyes and nose included. It's meant to help reduce fine lines, tighten skin and increase elasticity, like all good masks should do.

5: Hydration & Production
Moisturize skin with a cream containing a low concentration of vitamin A, as well as vitamins C and E and other antioxidants, like Environ AVST Moisturizer 1. Finally, use at-home NuFace device to help tighten and tone the face.

Whew! That's a lot of steps—but if we look as good as Alexis 10 years from now, it's probably worth it.
