Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful times in person's life. There's the dress, the cake, the guests, the venue—so many things to choose and so many things to stress over.
But, if you're as lucky as Adrienne Bailon, you won't be alone when it comes to making these life changing decisions, because your closest friends will be there to help you every step of the way.
That's right—today on The Real, the newlywed takes viewers on a look back through her wedding planning process, all of which included her real life best friends and The Real co-hosts, Jeannie Mai, Tamera Mowry-Housely and Loni Love.
And if you love wedding dresses as much as these girls do, you'll be even more excited to know that the bride and her co-hosts take fans on a journey into Adrienne's first dress fitting.
"Oh, my God! I'm so excited!" Bailon tells the dress designers Walter and Ryan as the four girls enter the Walter Mendez showroom in downtown L.A.
"I'm trying to be like a G and not cry, I know," she laughs. "Let's do it!"
As the girls sit and wait for the dress to be prepared Adrienne lets them in on a few secrets regarding her soon to be favorite dress.
"I've never tried on this dress. I've never even seen this dress before," Adrienne tells her friends. "I wanted to have something original and I wanted something no other woman has ever worn."
"Oh, my gosh! I cannot believe I have my dress on," she says.
But before Adrienne gets a peek, she lets her co-hosts give her their real reactions.
"This is the dress you're going to get married in," Love says as Mai and Mowry-Houseley nod in agreement. The three girls smile widely at their friend as Loni unveils the mirror.
"Thank you guys for being here with me. It means so much to me," Bailon says through tears and a few giggles as she stares at herself in awe. "I'm trying to see myself in his eyes. I think he'd say I look good."
"I'm so happy for you," Love says as she joins Bailon in crying.
"Adrienne, this is the perfect dress to start the next chapter of your life," Mai says.
A speechless Mowry-Houseley lets out an "oh my god," before the four all go back to crying giggles.
And The Real doesn't stop at attending the dress fitting—the cameras also accompanied Bailon and her groom, Israel Houghton, to their cake tasting at Baby Bea's Cupcakes, where the couple gush about their romance and their excitement for their future.
"How I knew I wanted to marry Israel was...I love nothing more than laughter, and the way we laugh together I was like, 'I could spend the rest of my life laughing with this man and I will be a happy, happy gal,'" Bailon said.
"When I got to see her true heart, that's when I knew I would do whatever it takes to win this woman's heart," Houghton added. "I get to be a part of a dream that she's always had, and that she's afforded me the opportunity to get it right the second time around."
