Jana Kramer has a lot to get emotional over. The actress and singer reunited with her pro partner Gleb Savchenko, who was sidelined from rehearsals all week, and the received not one, but two perfect scores. The duo got two 40s from Carrie Ann Inaba, Idina Menzel, Julianne Hough and Bruno Tonioli for the waltz to "She Used to Be Mine" from the Broadway musical Waitress and a contemporary dance as part of a team to Sia's "Bird Set Free." Yet they found themselves in the bottom two, again.

"We're going to keep on dancing, keep on fighting and keep on doing our thing," Jana told E! News after the show.

Gleb was sidelined during rehearsals with a knee injury. Alan Bersten filled in during practice and almost took the stage for Monday night's performance.

"I feel better now, but during the week I felt horrible. I was actually more stressed not rehearsing with her and sitting home thinking she's rehearing with Alan and I was like freaking out," Gleb told us. "But then we got together Sunday, which was yesterday, we had 30 minutes of rehearsal and she killed it…tonight it was a different level, it was emotionally different. It was amazing."

Jana admitted not dancing with Gleb did throw her for a loop "big time." She praised her professional partner for being there with her through these long weeks of competition. "We have such an amazing friendship and chemistry and he gets me, it's just awesome," she said.

As for those tears in her package, Jana said she relates to the lead character of Waitress. The musical follows a woman in an unhappy and sometimes abusive marriage who gets pregnant and finally gets the courage to reclaim her own life.

"She's in a bunch of mess and at the end of it you're just trying to find yourself through it and know that you're with it," Jana said.

Dancing With the Stars airs Mondays, 8 p.m. on ABC.
