It appears that Jennifer Lawrence and Darren Aronofsky are swapping spit!
E! News has exclusive photos of the rumored couple in New York City this past weekend, and while the Oscar winner and Black Swan director aren't actually locking lips, they are sharing a lollipop! An eyewitness tells E! News Lawrence, 26, and Aronofsky, 47, "were laughing and smiling while walking with her dog [Pippa]" and definitely "look[ed] like a couple."
The stars themselves have yet to comment on their relationship status, but a source tells People "[t]hey've been hanging out and are casually dating."
A source also tells the mag that Lawrence seems less "stressed out" dating Aronofsky, whom she worked with this summer on a still untitled film. She reportedly "struggled" with the extra spotlight that came from dating Chris Martin on and off from 2014 to 2015. (The Hunger Games star reportedly ended things with Gwyneth Paltrow's ex for good in August 2015 because she "was tired of him being so noncommittal.")
"With Darren, it will probably be different," a source tells People. "He does not attract attention like Chris does."
Aronofsky, who has a 10-year-old son with his ex Rachel Weisz, "is very low-key" like Lawrence, a source says. "He does not seem like a person who enjoys being a celebrity. Jennifer is the same."
