The Arrow actor goes all out every year for the spooky holiday, using prosthetics, body paint and more to completely transform him into his costume of choice. Throughout the years Haynes has gone above and beyond the call of Halloween duty, dressing as Ursula, a grandma, Princess Fiona and more. It's safe to say that the Scream Queens guest star has solidified his place as one of the best Halloween participants. This year Haynes transformed into Miss Piggy, using prosthetics to help him become a vamped-up version of the Muppets character.
