Kathy isn't ready to tell her kids about her health news just yet.
On tonight's episode of Total Bellas, Nikki Bella and Brie Bella's mom Kathy is confronted by her fiancé Johnny about the lump she found in her breast weeks ago.
"Kathy, we know there may be an issue and you're not telling your children," Johnny says in the clip above.
"I don't think it's a big deal, I think it is my implant," she replies.
Johnny explains that Kathy keeps putting it off and he believes something this serious "should be discussed with her family."
Kathy tells Johnny that her kids "don't need to know" and she's not in "denial," she just doesn't see why they should bring in "the drama" before they have answers.
The couple is set to tie the knot the next day and Kathy has no intention of telling any of her family members before the ceremony.
