Nearly a year after announcing that they had gone their separate ways, Kate Beckinsale's husband is making their split official.
E! News has learned that Len Wiseman has filed for divorce citing the ever-popular "irreconcilable differences."
Prior to last year's news of their separation, an insider told us that the exes had "been separated for a while" and that "they have not been together for a few months."
Beckinsale and Wiseman met when the two both worked on the hit Underworld back in 2003.
And when it came to popping the big question when he knew that the Brit actress was the one, Wiseman spared no expense.
In fact, he proposed while the two were grabbing a bite to eat at the Viceroy Hotel and he surprised her with the hotel's presidential suite filled with lilies, her favorite flowers.
They two married roughly a year after their engagement at the famed Hotel Bel-Air surrounded by close friends and family.
Beckinsale previously dated Masters of Sex actor Michael Sheen for eight years before the two called it quits. Sheen and Beckinsale have one child together, a daughter named Lily Sheen, whom they co-parent.
