Kevin Can Wait, Kevin James

Kevin doesn't have to wait for good news any longer. CBS has ordered full season pickups for three of its new shows, including Kevin Can Wait. Now you get the joke.

The network has also handed out full seasons to MacGyver and Michael Weatherly's new series Bull.

"We're thrilled viewers have embraced these three shows creatively," Glenn Geller, president of CBS Entertainment, said in a statement. "Each one has made an immediate and positive impact on our schedule, while significantly contributing to growing their respective nights."

Bull stars Weatherly as Dr. Jason Bull, a trial consultant. The show is based on the early career of Dr. Phil McGraw. Freddy Rodriguez, Geneva Carr, Jaime Lee Kirschner, Annabelle Attansio and Chris Jackson also star. Bull is currently averaging more than 17 million viewers and a 2.6 rating in the coveted 18-49 demographic.

MacGyver has been doing the impossible and actually getting a sizable audience on Friday nights. The series starring Lucas Till, George Eads, Sandrine Holt, Justin Hires and Tristan Mays has been averaging 11.4 million viewers.

Meanwhile, Kevin James' return to network TV in Kevin Can Wait is averaging 11.3 million viewers. Erinn Hayes, Taylor Spreitler, Mary-Charles Jones, James DiGiacomo, Ryan Cartwright, Lenny Venito, Gary Valentine and Leonard Earl Howze also star. The comedy moves into its regular time period on Monday, Oct. 24 at 8 p.m.
