Adele's Gym Workouts Aren't Getting Any Easier, Making Her More Relatable Than Ever

Fitness struggle is very real

Sometimes working out is awful.

Sure, people go on and on about the benefits of exercise: the endorphins! The calorie burn! The great feelings! But let's be honest—it can be really hard to always find the motivation to pick up the weights. And Adele gets it.

The "Hello" songstress always has been candid about exercise and her disdain for it, but to her credit she keeps on trucking along. While on tour Adele has posted a couple of pictures of herself getting in the zone, making hilarious faces to prove just how painful it can be. Nearly a year later, however, it hasn't gotten any easier.

Last January Adele shared a black-and-white image of her working with some exercise cables (pictured above), making a face that showed fans she was miserable at best. Looking physically pain, Adele casually captioned the photo, "getting ready...".

Shortly thereafter the "Send My Love" singer would hit the stage on one of her tour stops.

Yesterday, about 10 months after her cable photo, Adele shared a picture of herself using dumbbells with a trainer in Toronto. Once again she looks like she would rather be anywhere but in the gym. The workout obviously left her speechless because she simply captioned it "Toronto, ON / Oct 4."

While her workout regimen might not be getting any easier, we have to give Adele an A for effort. No matter how real Adele's gym struggle is, she deserves an A for the effort.

"I was trying to get some stamina for my tour," she told Vogue, "so I lost a bit of weight. Now I fit into normal, off-the-shelf clothes—which is a really big problem for me!" she laughed, adding how she's developed an obsession for shopping.

Get it, girl!
