Kim Kardashian West isn't ready to return to the spotlight.

On the heels of her traumatic robbery during Paris Fashion Week, the reality star and her longtime trusted makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic have pushed back an upcoming makeup demonstration scheduled for Oct. 14 in Dubai.

"Dear Dubai Masterclass Attendees, On behalf of myself and Kim Kardashian West, please accept our apologies. We are sorry to inform you that due to the recent events, we will be rescheduling the Dubai Masterclass with Kim Kardashian West," Dedivanovic said in a statement on his Instagram account.

"We understand the inconvenience that this has caused you. You will have the option to cancel and receive a full refund, or we can hold the ticket for the rescheduled date. Rescheduling details will be sent out within the week. We deeply and sincerely apologize from the bottom of our hearts. We truly hope you all understand the decision we had to make and look forward to our upcoming class. We will update you via email and TheMasterClass.com."

Meanwhile, the mother of two has kept a deeply private profile since returning to the United States after being gagged, bound and held at gunpoint by robbers in France. After fearing for her life, the reality star returned to New York City, reunited with husband Kanye West and retreated to their Big Apple Airbnb.

While family members, including mom Kris Jenner and longtime friend Jonathan Cheban, have been sighted visiting the residence in the past few days, Kim has not been physically seen or active on social media since the ordeal.

Dedivanovic had been in Paris to do Kardashian's makeup throughout the week and the mogul even organized a dinner for him to celebrate his birthday. "Thank you for my birthday dinner party tonight in Paris," he wrote to her on Instagram. "Spent so many birthdays with her in the past 10 years in different cities and countries and she always makes it feel like home."

Currently, Kim is coping with the personal aftermath of the life-threatening experience. A source told E! News she is "emotionally damaged right now."

"This is something that has the potential to screw anyone up for a very long time," the insider said. "It was incredibly frightening and it's going to take a while to get over it."
