On the heels of the actress' divorce filing, the two stars have been trying to settle on custody arrangements of their six children out of court. While Jolie had initially requested that Pitt be granted visitation, she asked for full physical custody of Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, and twins Knox and Viviennne.
As of Friday, per a temporary agreement, a source tells E! News Jolie has temporary sole custody of their children while Pitt has visitation rights.
According to a source familiar with the voluntary agreement, both parents have agreed to participate in individual counseling and Pitt's initial visit with his children will be with a therapist, though nothing has been mandated for supervision or monitoring. However, a second source tells us that a therapist will be present for any and all visits until Oct. 20. The actor has also volunteered to complete drug and alcohol testing, but was not required.
