Few things are as synonymous as "coffee" and Gilmore Girls. The caffeinated hot beverage is a staple for Lorelai (Lauren Graham) and Rory (Alexis Bledel), so naturally Netflix used National Coffee Day to release a new poster for the Gilmore Girls revival, Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life.

The new poster above depicts the Gilmore gals with mugs in hand. "Drink it. Shoot it. Eat it. Snort it. Whatever form it's in, gimme. #NationalCoffeeDay," the show's official Twitter account said with the new poster.

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life consists of four 90-minute installments, each movie taking place during a different season of the year: winter, spring, summer and fall. The show picks up almost 10 years after the series finale of Gilmore Girls. Luke (Scott Patterson) and Lorelai are together, Rory's having career struggles and Emily (Kelly Bishop) is dealing with the loss of her beloved husband Richard (Edward Herrmann).

"What I can tell you is that we are together and we are figuring out our next move. There are definitely some fireworks there. We did some really intense adult scenes. Since the movies are only an hour and a half long it has way more detail and the writing is deeper and seems longer so it sort of changed," Patterson recently told us. "Fans are not expecting this, but it's more a film now than it is a TV show. Also, Ed Herrmann passed away so we deal with that and that affects the whole dynamic. It affects all of the relationships."

Sean Gunn, Keiko Agena, Liza Weil, Jared Padalecki, Milo Ventimiglia, Matt Czuchry, Melissa McCarthy, Yanic Truesdale and more of your Stars Hollow favorites are also returning for the new episodes.

Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life drops Friday, Nov. 25 on Netflix.
