Kim Kardashian may have escaped Vitalii Sediuk attempted ambush, but that doesn't mean she's going to let what happen slide.
E! News has confirmed that the 35-year-old star has reached out to French authorities to file a complaint against the notorious celebrity prankster, who came thisclose to having an altercation with Kim in Paris earlier today before her security guard rushed him to the ground.
In a video posted to Instagram by makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic, it appeared that Vitalii was trying to plant a kiss on Kim's bum after she stepped out of her vehicle outside of L'Avenue restaurant on Wednesday, but she managed to walk right passed him.
Instead, Sediuk was met with her burly bodyguard who didn't hesitate to take him down.
Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Sediuk and Kim have crossed paths.
In 2014, the E! star was attacked while trying to make her way through the pandemonium outside of Balmain's Paris Fashion Week show when Sediuk dived for Kim's legs.
In a video that captured the encounter, Kris Jenner can be heard yelling, "Stop it," as she realized what was happening, while Kim seemingly yells, "Babe!" at Kanye West. Luckily, her security team was quick to subdue the individual and pull her to safety.
After the recent Paris altercation, Vitallii took to Instagram and wrote, "I was protesting Kim for using fake butt implants. I encourage her and the rest of Kardashian clan to popularise natural beauty among teenage girls who follow and defend them blindly." (For the record, she doesn't have butt implants. She's denied this several times over the years and even underwent an X-Ray on an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians to show visual evidence.)
He added that he was just sitting outside of the restaurant enjoying ice cream "when all of a sudden, the pack of paparazzi came out and the car with Kim Kardashian. I swear I didn't know she was going to be there. So I had to come out with an idea very fast. Does it mean if I don't go to celebrities, they come to me? Lol"
Not if they can help it.
TMZ was first to report the story.
