If you ask most of the cast of TV Land's Younger if Liza (Sutton Foster) should be with her hot young tattoo artist boyfriend, Josh (Nico Tortorella), or her sexy, more age-appropriate boss, Charles (Peter Hermann), they'll demur and refuse to pick a side.

But not Hilary Duff, who plays Liza's pseudo-boss/friend/coworker Kelsey, who has no idea Liza is 40 but pretending to be 26. Duff is firmly pro Josh.

"I think I'm pretty much the only cast member that will actually tell someone that I've chosen a side. I think I'm Team Josh," she revealed to E! News ahead of the show's third season premiere.

That said, she likes Charles too: "I love Peter Hermann more than anything—he's the best! He's the greatest human ever. I don't think he'll go anywhere because he's the boss of our show, but I like that Josh brings out something in Liza that's been buried for such a long time because she was in a bad marriage. And he's actually proving himself to be a really good guy. He's not just a young, immature flash in the pan."

While you'll have to wait to see who Liza chooses as season three begins, Duff teased plenty of drama ahead for Liza, Kelsey and co.

"It feels a lot more grounded than the other seasons and a little more emotional," she told us. "Oviously this big lie has taken over, but all of her relationships with the people she's been lying to are so much deeper and stronger and it's just getting very tangled."

Plus, there's another big cliffhanger to look forward to. "The last season ended with a pretty big surprise and this one is an even bigger surprise," Duff teased.

Exhale before you freak out, though, since the show has already been renewed for a fourth season!

Younger airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on TV Land.
