Watch: Backstreet Boys Are "Larger Than Life" in Las Vegas

On the fence about snagging tickets to Backstreet Boys' Las Vegas residency? Let them seal the deal.

The fan-favorite boy band shocked music lovers at the iHeartRadio Music Festival Saturday evening with a surprise performance of some of their biggest smash hits.  Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson set Sin City on fire with their own mini set before joining country crooners Florida Georgia Line for a rendition of "Everybody ("Backstreet's Back)."

And with a Britney Spears headlining performance earlier in the night, it was like the stars had aligned for a most perfect throwback to the early 2000s' golden era of pop music.

Clad in Vegas appropriate coordinating ensembles of hot pink and black, the heartthrobs also rocked out to "As Long As You Love Me" and "I Want It That Way."

On Friday, E! News learned BSB is following in the footsteps of artists like Spears and Jennifer Lopez with a residency in Las Vegas. The show, titled Backstreet Boys: Larger Than Life, will go live from The AXIS at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino beginning March 1, 2017.

"We're going to call the show Larger Than Life, and we're taking that theme and we're going to run with it," Richardson said. "What can you expect?" Littrell asked, "If you've ever been to a Backstreet Boys show… it's going to be that on steroids."

"We're excited to bring our experience from being a touring act with all of our hits to Vegas, so that it becomes something that you'll never forget," Carter added.

Tickets will go on sale to the public on Oct. 1 at 10 a.m. PST. American Express Card Members can purchase tickets before the general public beginning Monday at 10 a.m. PST through Sept. 30 at 10 p.m. PST.
