Well, that's certainly a night the whole family is going to remember.

For the first New York City show and 80th concert of Adele's current world tour, the Grammy winner welcomed a young fan up onto Madison Square Garden's iconic stage.

Wearing noise-canceling headphones, New Jersey youngster Quinn introduced himself to the British songstress. "Hi Quinn, how old are you," she asked, though Quinn shyly only held up four fingers. "I have a little boy that's about to turn four," Adele replied, referencing her only son, Angelo James Konecki

While Quinn was face to face with one of the biggest stars in music, the headphones got in the way of being able to hear her, particularly when Adele complimented Quinn on his concert t-shirt. The boundary made for a hilarious interaction, which was captured by Entertainment Weekly.

The little boy looked more at ease once Adele called his mom up to the stage to join Quinn and his aunt, who was standing by. "Mommy, quick, come down!" Adele requested. "Mama, come down!"

Holding nothing back, Quinn's mom hopped up on stage and greeted the musician with a huge hug. "My father just turned 65 today," she told Adele, who proceeded to warmly wish him a Happy Birthday.

Still, what would the memorable meeting be without a photo op? The group posed together and smiled for a nearby photographer. "I'll put that on my Instagram tomorrow," Adele promised.

Just like that, we all wish we were Quinn.

In between making new friends, Adele used her time on stage to offer some equally interesting observations about her trip to New York City, scoring a ticket to Hamilton and remembering how SNL put her on the map.

Before singing "Chasing Pavements," the singer revealed she often gets emotional when performing it in the United States and remembered how one performance of the track changed her life.

"For a very long time it wouldn't connect on a level some people thought it would. Then I got Saturday Night Live," she told the crowd of her 2008 performance, as reported by Entertainment Weekly"I flew home and the next day I had a career in America!" She also added this very personal tidbit. "I got diarrhea!
