Kristen Bell doesn't have to worry about breaking a sweat at the 2016 Emmys.
Although temperatures were approaching triple digits at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles Sunday afternoon, the Bad Moms star didn't have to worry.
"I'm wearing an amber oil. I get it at whole foods," she shared on Live From the Red Carpet with Giuliana Rancic. "A little bottle that says Amber on it. Four bucks, go for it. I'll get you one."
But wait a minute: How did the subject of smell come up? It all comes back to Kristen's big-screen hit Bad Moms that showed the not-so-glamorous side of parenting. Thousands of moms came together to make the movie a huge success partly because it was easy to relate to.
"The sweetest thing is that everybody went together. It ended up being something that women celebrated together and even some dads. But they went as an event to sort of celebrate themselves and see a funny version of what they go through on a daily basis on screen and we hope we captured that," Kristen explained. "It's nice to sort of see the moment when you're not in a dress and you have avocado on every part of your shirt and you smell like urine. I might still smell like urine, I don't know."
The laughs are expected to keep coming when Kristen joins Ted Danson in NBC's latest comedy titled The Good Place. Premiering Monday night at 10 p.m. on NBC, the project promises to make fans laugh out loud.
"It's about the afterlife, the good place and the clerical error that gets let in," she teased. "Under a mistaken identity, I arrive in the good place and I have to play it off like I'm met to be there when I'm making everything malfunction and I have to learn to be a good person."
She joked, "Kind of like my life on Earth."
