Liam Hemsworth sure looks good in just a pair of boxers.
The Australian hottie had to strip down to his underwear for a scene in his new drama The Dressmaker—with Kate Winslet right beside him!
In the film, Winslet plays a woman who falls for a local farmer (Hemsworth) while confronting her painful past after she returns to her small Australian hometown to care for her mother.
In the undies scene, Winslet is measuring Hemsworth for a new suit.
"I didn't eat for weeks," Hemsworth cracked when E! News caught up with him and Winslet in New York City to talk about the film. "I did some pushups in my trailer. Anytime you're going to come out and take your top off, it's good to do a couple of pushups...It's very difficult to come out and just take your clothes off."
Winslet assured Hemsworth he had nothing to worry about. "You do look fabulous," the Oscar winner said.
Winslet did admit that she had a suspicion that Hemsworth may have curbed his eating habits before the big day of shooting. "When I would get to the point where I had to measure his waist, I would actually hear his stomach growling," she said. "I would think, 'Poor darling. Let's get the scene done.'"
Hemsworth said he enjoyed burgers and fries after they wrapped.
