American Horror Story's Season 6 Cast Is Finally Revealed

Season six's cast was officially revealed during the opening credits of My Roanoke Nightmare on Wednesday night

And one of the fall TV season's biggest mysteries has been solved. (We think!)

Heading into the premiere of American Horror Story on Wednesday night, almost nothing was known about season six, including its theme and most of the cast, with only Sarah Paulson, Angela Bassett and Kathy Bates confirmed to return. And after Wednesday night, fans of the FX hit series got some answers, including the theme (My Roanoke Nightmare, which was presented as a true-crime docuseries!), as well as the cast. (Welcome to the crazy, People v. O.J. Simpson star Cuba Gooding Jr.!)

At the end of the premiere, the regular cast was seemingly revealed in the closing credits. Here's the list of AHS' season six's stars, in the order they were listed on-screen:

The actors who did not appear in the premiere include Evan Peters, Cheyenne Jackson, and Denis O'Hare, with Wes Bentley making a brief appearance at the very end of the episode. And while she's not a regular this time around after her turn in season five's Hotel, Lady Gaga is confirmed to be making an appearance on AHS

American Horror Story airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on FX.
