Taylor Swift is busy shaking off those breakup headlines with a smile.
As the Internet erupted with the news of the Grammy winner's unexpected split from her British beau, Tom Hiddleston, Swift headed to the gym for a session at the famed fitness club, Body By Simone. Clad in a black tank top, leggings, a pair of Nike sneakers and a hoodie tied around her waist, the 26-year-old "Blank Space" star kept her chin up as photographers spotted her back on the streets of New York City.
If there was any message the pop star wanted to send the world, she said it all with a cheerful grin and her head held high.
While Swift's gym routine is certainly not newfound—she's been sighted on her way to a workout regularly throughout the summer—it's this particular visit that has us doing a double take.
After news broke of her breakup from Calvin Harris in June following nearly a year and a half of dating, Swift was spotted a few days later at—you guessed it—the gym.
It seems there's really nothing like those fitness endorphins to beat any breakup blues, though according to a source, Swift didn't seem like she had any at the time.
"She did not speak about [Calvin] or mention anything about the breakup," a source told E! News three months ago. "Overall she was really happy and seemed like nothing was bothering her."
Meanwhile, as fan theories churn out trying to explain the sudden end of Hiddleswift, according to one source, the split boils down to privacy.
"Taylor felt he wanted to take the relationship to be too public," a source told E! News Tuesday of their reportedly amicable breakup.
"She was not happy about it and thought it was too much publicity."
