Being a model has a lot to do with winning the genetic lottery, TBH.

However, once they've made it, a big part of the job is maintaining their image and as most of us know, that means breaking a sweat and putting in your time at the gym. If you're not a model you probably workout, but not quite like they do. If it is in fact your job to look good for a living like the following eight ladies, going to the gym and getting creative with your workouts become a top priority. Here's what a typical training sesh looks like for some of the world's top models.

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, first and foremost, swears by a crazy-strict diet of no sugar, no alcohol, no gluten, no dairy, no fun. That's a serious starting place (to say the least), but in true Rosie form she's equally as dedicated to a regular fitness regimen. She's been a longtime devotee to Body by Simone classes, a celeb-loved dance-cardio fusion, but she also practices private yoga sessions with LA-based yogi Claire Grieve.

Arguably one of the most bangin' bodies on Instagram belongs to none other than Izabel Goulart. The model has abs to die for, works out daily and posts snippets of her solo sweat sessions to her account almost as frequently. She even has a trending hashtag: #BodybyIza. No matter where in the world she is, she manages to squeeze in a hardcore workout that even an Olympian would be hard-pressed to perform. Unsurprisingly, she's buddied up with former Olympian and marathon runner Joan Benoitsamuelson to train for an upcoming 10k. You go, Iza.

You might recognize Karlie Kloss' face most recently from starring in the new Adidas by Stella MCcartney ads. The pro model is big on meditation and on mind-body connection, so naturally, she's an avid exerciser. She even makes it a point to hashtag #fitnessfriday on her weekly fitness inspiration posts. You can find her out in nature, mostly, enjoying a hike or doing yoga—in her Stella McCartney duds, of course.

Taylor Hill told Stylecaster that her all-time favorite workout is weight training and you can't argue with tiny-but-strong results like hers. As for classes, she's not about to get on a cycling bike anytime soon. But if you follow her on social media, you can see that she's a big fan of ModelFIT, an NYC-based pilates-like class that utilizes light weights to perform small, isolated movements that target hard-to-reach areas. (Here she is with her BFF/trainer Lauren Ashley during a one-on-one ModeFIT session.)

Stella Maxwell (a.k.a. Miley Cyrus' former flame) follows a mostly-vegetarian diet and counts smoothies as her favorite healthy snack (if only, right?). She's naturally healthy so it makes sense that her Instagram feed would be casually littered with vids of her mastering advanced-level yogi poses. She's also known to take classes at LA's Rise Movement, a personal training studio that specializes in private training, Muay Thai and yoga. Namaste, Stella.

Lily Aldridge is a long-time Ballet Beautiful devotee (along with Gigi Hadid, Miranda Kerr and other famous VS angels). To keep her lingerie-wearing limbs long and lean she mixes the ballet-inspired workouts with hardcore cardio workouts, like boxing. She was most recently at Bodyism, a popular London studio, getting her sweat on.

Ashley Graham prides herself on being fit and healthy, but she's no stranger to good old fashion hard work. Like other models before her she follows a more traditional workout routine: interval training, specifically for her with LA personal trainer Chistopher Kadima. For a heart-pumping good time she mixes familiar moves like jumping jacks with medicine ball lunges, weighted squats and stair sprints. Attagirl.

Nina Agdal already admitted to us that she breaks a sweat at least once a day, but things can get boring really quickly if you don't mix it up on the regular. To keep herself excited about exercise, Leonardo DiCaprio's gal pal enjoys a smorgasbord of workouts: from self-taught beach bootcamps to Barry's Bootcamp to STL classes in NYC. She's also an avid SoulCycle rider and keeps standing appointments with her boxing coach, Eric Rakofsky.
