What's wrong with covering—and nailing—one of Adele's biggest hits.

As Demi Lovato's Honda Civic Tour with Nick Jonas enters its final weeks, the "Cool for the Summer" singer decided to go big Friday night at her concert stop in Cleveland.

In between performing her hits including "Neon Lights," "Heart Attack" and "Stone Cold," the 24-year-old wowed the audience with her cover of "When We Were Young" by Adele.

"I think I should do something special for you guys," she told the packed house. "I want to perform a song that's one of my all-time favorite songs and I've never performed it before so hopefully I can do it justice. Here we go."

After another successful performance, Demi went to Twitter to share how she was celebrating her Labor Day weekend. With no tour stops until Wednesday, one may think a trip to the beach or some quality sleep may be on the agenda.

Instead, the singer teased fans about some exciting new sounds we may be able to hear sooner rather than later.

"Studio bound..." she shared on social media Saturday morning. "So excited for y'all to hear new music."

Until that special day, fans can look forward to more surprises from both Demi and Nick on their Future Now Tour.

"We're very excited to be going out together," Nick shared with E! News before kicking things off. "We're great friends, but on top of that, we are great collaborators and business partners so to create a show that really showcases the growth in both of our careers is going to be really exciting."
