Watch: Rob Lowe Is Psyched to Get Roasted!

Rob Lowe has watched every Comedy Central Roast—so he knows exactly what he's getting into when some of comedy's sharpest wits, such as Roast mainstay Jeff Ross, Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson and Rob Riggle—and randos such as Jewel, Peyton Manning and Ann Coulter—skewer him at tonight's Comedy Central Roast of Rob Lowe.

"They've asked me to do it a bunch and I've always said no," he told E! News' Erin Lim on the red carpet at the event. But after seeing Justin Bieber take the insults hurled at him at last year's Roast like a champ, he decided it was finally time to say yes. "I was watching last year going, ‘You know what, dude? Man up. Really grow a pair.' So I'm here to let it fly. I'm psyched!"

Nothing's off limits for the roasters—in fact, Lowe said that he welcomes whatever they have to throw his way. "Our society is so politically correct and everybody's afraid to say anything that might offend anybody. Tonight is a free-fire zone breath of fresh air," he explained. "Some feelings will get hurt—mostly mine!—but it's going to be fine."

That's not to say he's okay with every crazy thing that will be headed in his direction. In fact, there's one person in particular that scares him the most: Roast Master David Spade.

"He's known me too long. He knows where all the bodies are buried," Lowe revealed.

Comedy Central's Roast of Rob Lowe airs Monday, Sept. 5 at 10 p.m. on the network.
